These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cue, a macOS application developed by Sophon LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using Cue, you agree to these Terms.
Cue is currently in private beta. Beta software is provided for evaluation purposes and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior. We make no guarantee of uptime, stability, or feature availability during the beta period.
By using Cue during beta, you acknowledge that the software may change significantly before general release.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these guidelines.
Cue uses AI models to generate responses and execute tasks. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before acting on it. We are not liable for any consequences arising from actions taken based on AI-generated content.
Cue may execute Bash commands, run scripts, and interact with your file system on your behalf. You retain full responsibility for the instructions you give to Cue and their outcomes.
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Cue at any time, with or without notice. During the beta, features may be added or removed without prior announcement. We are not liable for any such changes.
Cue is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Cue will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sophon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to systems, arising out of or related to your use of Cue, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim (if any).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or within the application. Continued use of Cue after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
